Fidelity Abstract & Title Co. has proudly been a part of Kerrville and Kerr County’s history since 1936.  We provide personal service to all our customers in the sale, purchase or financing of real estate. Our goal is to establish a strong relationship based on honesty, dedication and professionalism.

Family values are at the heart of our company.  We are a local company, owned by a local family, rooted deep in Kerrville history.  Kerrville native, Jimmie Peschel, became manager of Fidelity Abstract in 1973 and is now the outright owner.
