Fidelity Abstract Celebrates 80 Years

KERRVILLE, TX – November, 2016. Fidelity Abstract & Title Co. celebrates 80 years of serving the Texas Hill Country this month.  Fidelity was founded in 1936 and has been under the management of Kerrville native Jimmie Peschel since 1973.  He and his wife of 48 years, Rae, have been sole owners of the company since 2006.

Peschel has seen a lot of changes in the title industry over his 46 years in the business.  From hand-written notes, to typewriters, to today’s computer era, the tools of the trade have evolved.  Fidelity’s unwavering commitment to family values has not. The Fidelity team understands that buying or selling real estate is one of life’s biggest investments and are committed to ensuring peace of mind throughout the entire title process.
